Children's Art Exhibit and Benefit

| Abel, art teacher to many children in La Manzanilla, has asked me to post this information: Sunday, January 16th in the Plaza from 10am to 6pm there will be an art sale/benefit for the La Manzanilla Children's Art Project. On sale will be paintings, hand-painted T-shirts and other clothing, birds made from coconuts, turtles and other animals made from sea shells and more at low prices. All proceeds from the sale will go to the purchase of art supplies to keep the program running. Donations are also gratefully accepted. Come out on Sunday to chat with a few of the students about their art and to help out this worthy cause. |
