I dropped by the Delegacion this morning to ask why the telephone is not working. Anna, the secretary told me that the Delegado has pulled the phone because he wants the Presidencia in La Huerta to give us a local number for the police. As it stands now, we have to call Seguridad Publica in La Huerta if we need police assistance (01-357-384-0178) and they will radio our local police with the information, since our local police do not have a telephone. Our other option is to call the police in Miguel Hidalgo where there is a patrol car. Their number is 351-7077. Anna says that if we want a local number for the police we should call the Presidencia in La Huerta and request that we have a local phone number to call in La Manzanilla. The telephone numbers for the Presidencia are: 01-357-384-0780; 01-357-384-0305 or 01-357-384-0046 |
