Out with La Manzanilla Players. In with their new name, Bare Bones Productions. In addition to changing their name, they also have changed their meeting time to 3 P.M. on Tuesdays. THIS WEEK ONLY, Bare Bones Productions will meet at Jose's (Ginger & Scottie's) apartment: 2nd floor on the beach directly north of George Rachlin's home, where the meetings usually are held. They rehearse for about two hours. Feel free to join them if you're interested in having a lot of laughs and participating in "performed readings." The more, the merrier! This year they hope to present two productions: The Vagina Monologues and a Neil Simon play. Please bring paper, pencil, reading glasses if required, something to wet your whistle, and a sense of humor. No memory required. |
