It's easy, when I'm out of my body. It's like a dream state or a hypnotic trance. I see myself remotely, and speak of myself in a removed third person voice. This "self objectification" can be quite handy. Myself can be blamed for things that I have no knowledge of. Myself can go to the store for beer while I am doing other things. Try it. It's quite liberating. I learned this technique from Jim Jones in Guyana back in '78.
