Same thing happened to us several years ago. WonderWoman Gorby was able to find us an acceptable replacement (although is was not on the beach, as our orig contract was.)

I am not averse to spreading bad will and mentioning names, but for the life of me I can't remember who screwed us that way.

I, too, think it's a crappy way for owners to do business.
