That's pretty much my weather report this morning!
It was 56F (don't have any idea what that would be
in celsius) at 7AM and it hasn't gone up much since
then. Humidity was 70%.

After looking at all the info I could find, we
seem to be well below the area affected by the
cold front coming down into northern Mexico so
it's all a mystery to me. That's the lowest temp
we've ever seen here in La Manzanilla. Maybe CNA
will shed some light on the situation in their 9AM
report.
