| This may seem like the usual response, but it's worth repeating. Incidents like this are tragic and a symptom of gang violence out of control. But, recently in Vancouver, innocent bystanders were killed in a tourist area in downtown Vancouver by stray bullets in a gang shootout. It wasn't the first such incident, and it won't be the last. How many other major cities in the world does this kind of thing happen? Guess we could all stay home. |
