Having been one of the burglarized, (and having the experience before in the US)I believe these crimes are being committed by 'professional' theives who know how to get in and out quickly after observing our homes and deciding what tools they need. This way of premeditated crime is learned--especially in the jails of the US(the ones I am most familiar with).
We made both a police and delagado report.
