person looking for a rental their link, not a bad idea but book keeping or keeping track
of that kind of information is light years from being my strong point.

I have had suggestions that all commercial post pay something. I resisted that idea as for my
part this is a community service, but considered it more when that suggestion was followed
up with the donation going into the Helping Hands Bookstore (or other) stash to be distributed
as they see fit. But once again, who is going to keep track of all the commercial post
and weather or not they donated? Not me.

Edit: The resistance to the rental / real estate post is to try and keep the
board from being too commercial. The donation idea (for other than rental/real estate)
may be a step in that direction.
