The DIF (Desarrollo Integral de la Familia) will be offering a free class on how to construct and use a traditional outdoor oven, made out of clay. The workshop will be two days and the participants will watch and participate in building one in La Manzanilla. The time and date will be determined once there are a minimum of 10 people who express interest in the class. There will be no charge for this DIF program.
