I brought some chaffing dishes down from PV and Lara is going to try them out this Thursday at 6 pm, Lara asked if I'd let you know about this little party. As I don't have to do anything but play a little music, I'm all for it. An After Party! A thank-you for Chef Dave & Patty ... you're invited! Lara is preparing a simple authenic Mexican buffet with 4 items and you know she's ready to sing. The sound system will be set-up if you'd like to bring your twanger and play a couple songs. It'll be fun!!! "Authenic Mexican Buffet & Dinner Show with Music & Spanish Dancers" Tinga chicken with onion, tomato and chipotle sauce Mexican Rice Pilaf red, green & yellow pepper, onion, zucchini and herbs Pablanos, Corn & Shrimp with Tortillas & Cheese layers and baked Jicama & Watermellon with a sesame cilantro vinaigrette $100 pesos per person Come by in the afternoon and make a reservation, no tickets required, or just come by at 6 o'clock and we'll try to fit you in. |
