We made trips to the States and back twice in the last two months. All four flights, both countries wanted to see and check details on our dog's certificate. Don is right that up to about six months ago the certificates were rarely checked but it's not like that any more. We have a good vet who does the paper work, (200 pesos) on the road into town from the hwy. She is on the corner across from the school. Don't try to leave without it.
