I was at the square today and there were 2 guys from Mascota, Jalisco with loud speakers talking once again about nationalizing American-Canadian plated vehicles 10 years or older. They said that you can nationalize 10 year or older vehicles this year.They said that they would be in the town square on Saturday also. If you went through this process with the lady in Melaque at the Kodak store 2 years ago and did not get your vehicle nationalized because supposedly the Mexican government changed the playing field or your money was not refunded, the guy gave me a name and number to call in Puerto Vallarta of the ONAPPAFA, A.C.
