Try to remember that we are visitors ! Name calling is not constructive and actually hurts our inquiries and credibility.
The courts may decide in this mans favour !
If so he is entitled to do whatever he wants (within the law ) with his property ! Hopefully , he will be disposed to helping the town if it turns out he has acted in good faith and followed the letter of the law. The towns job is to see that he has.
Remain civil with emontions in check , this is a business deal.
