Neighbourhood Watch Needed

We are so sorry to hear about this! Marcia is one of the nicest people in this town.

An idea:

In Canada, when regular robberies happen in an area - we establish what is called a "Neighbourhood Watch" program, where members of the community get together to put a stop to criminal activity.

A number of break-ins have happened in daylight hours - usually mornings when people are away at classes or breakfast.

Of course this means that houses are being watched for an extended period of time, to determine how many people live there and what their schedule is. These criminals can be observed and approached by neighbours and passers-by, discouraging this activity.

People everywhere have to learn to work together to strengthen their community to stop crime. Unfortunately, the police are only of very limited help in this case.
