Another great day of whale watching yesterday--mother Humpback and calf just off the beach, a likely pod of males surfacing off of Isla Las Iglesias, and lots of Spinner and Bottlenose dolphins! Open spots for upcoming whale watching tours, which meet at 9:00 a.m. in front of Catoīs Restaurant, are the following: Thurs., Jan. 27: 2 spots left Wed., Feb. 2: 3 spots left Fri., Feb. 4: 1 spot left And donīt forget the upcoming mangrove birding tours, which meet at 5:00 p.m. at the mouth of the mangrove: Wed., Jan. 26: 8 spots left Fri., Jan. 28: 11 spots left Below is one of the parting shots from today taken at the southern point of Tenacatita Bay ("Isla Las Iglesias"). |
