YOGA & PILATES plus ZUMBA schedule

Hi Everyone, I invite you to my rooftop palapa to enjoy the same schedule of YOGA and PILATES classes.....

YOGA: Mon-Wed-Fri -- 9-10 a.m.
Tues-Thurs -- 10:30-11:30 a.m.

PILATES: Tues-Thurs -- 9-10 a.m.

NEW ADDITION -- Meditation Wednesdays is back. I invite you to join me after Yoga on Wednesday for 30 minutes of meditation. Allow the physical yoga quite the mind so we can experience meditation to tune in to our heart consciousness and connect with the divine.

Please know that ZUMBA will be at its same time and location for the month of February. I invite you to enjoy the fun and freedom of ZUMBA!

ZUMBA Classes -- Tues-Thurs -- 9-10 a.m.
