You are absolutely right this is an insult and the Ejido should not sign this agreement. Maybe Villalobos is feeling things slip out of his control and needs to show that he is trying to be a good guy by offering this. What a low life scum he is. He doesn't deserve anything for his lying and cheating. Has anyone actually seen a map showing the 42 hectares that he says is his? I have not been able to find a posting of it anywhere?
