I'm sure this has already been posted but I think it may be time to refresh the memories of some people and to inform others as to how devious Villalobos can be. It is obvious to me that he may own some of the land (lets see the map) but probably has absolutely no right to a Federal Concession in the first place.

Any negotiation with Villalobos must include compensation for damages, injury and loss of livelihood of those who were forcibly evicted.

Is there any justice in Mexico? That remains to be seen. It seems to be a worldwide problem when it comes to land ownership. Once again, its the people vs. the banks, businesses and governments with corruption at every level.

The only good thing is that if Villalobos wants to negotiate, it means he knows he's wrong. He's not doing it out of the goodness of his heart, that's for sure. There is nothing of any value that this man has to offer the community.
