YOGA & PILATES this week

I invite you to join me at my new rooftop palapa for Yoga and Pilates, which has been newly named Bending Tree Yoga and Healing Center. It is located at 130A Playa Blanca, 2 blocks down from Martin's Restaurant.

Classes this week are Monday through Wednesday only due to a trip to Guadalajara. We will resume our regular schedule next week.

YOGA: Monday, Wednesday 9-10 a.m.; Tuesday 10:30-11:30 a.m.

PILATES: Tuesday 9-10 a.m.

All classes are donation only and mats are available.
