The traditional oven class is being scheduled to take place sometime on the week of Feb. 20th-25th. When the day is determined by DIF of La Huerta, we will post it on the message board to keep you informed. It will be a one day workshop, of approx. 5 hours. Participants will get to enjoy using the oven at the end of the class, and make quesadilla’s and enjoy a potluck lunch. The workshop will be led in Spanish, but as it is very visual/hands on, you shouldn't have a problem following along even if your Spanish is poquito!

So far, from the extranjero community, we have the following 15 people who expressed interest in attending:

Mary Ann, Chile, Debbie & David, Sergio, Randy, Mazinka, Sherri, Valerie & Dave, Bonnie, Charley, Maedb, Russell & Ruth, & Jacquie.

Please let me know if I have forgotten anyone on the list. I will also send this and other updates to your email account, if you have provided me with this information.
