I can see by your map that it is a very large area that is being "guarded". I think the subject line in your post is misleading. Its not 42 hectares, its 42 acres that needs to be settled by law.

Villalobos claims to own 42 acres but has blocked 90 hectares.

I'd be interested in knowing the boundaries of the 42 acres that are under dispute. There must be a map, somewhere. At what point does the road cross "his" property?

The rest of the land he is guarding should be freed immediately. It is not his and I have read nothing to indicate that he has any rights to it.

I truly hope that those who were wrongfully evicted will be given compensation.
