What is missing is some of the truth to what Villalobos said in this article.

He said it's not true that there is titled land on the beach.

Wrong. There are many titled lots --- some in bank trusts, some in corporations, some in Mexican names (who still own the property). They are owned by Canadians, Mexicans, Americans, Germans. Many of us bought land there specifically because they were titled.

And who said these lots went a lot cheaper than the rest of Costalegre? They did at first. Just like they did at first in La Manzanilla.

We will all have to wait to find out what is the truth about Tenacatita. But the biggest issue for me is that if the titles aren't good in Tenacatita, shouldn't all titled lands be suspect? The government needs to stand by its process. If it doesn't, shouldn't all landowners in Mexico be concerned?
