Yoga & Pilates schedule this week

I invite you to Yoga and Pilates classes at Bending Tree Yoga and Healing Center located at 130A Playa Blanca, 2 blocks down from Martin's Restaurant.

YOGA: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9-10 a.m.
Tuesday, Thursday 10:30-11:30 a.m.

PILATES: Tuesday, Thursday 9-10 a.m.

MEDITATION WEDNESDAYS: Join us after yoga class for about 30 minutes of meditation. Take time for yourself and look within -- 10-10:30 a.m.

All classes are donation only. Mats are available.
