Maybe there is different rules for different folks at Intercam, but for us with an Intercam account AND a Banamex account, we simply write a personal cheque of any size off our Canadian bank, in Canadian funds, and payable to Intercam. We pay a small fee and 20 minutes later the funds are deposited by Intercam into our Banamex account. Then we use our Banemex card to withdraw at the ATM without charge. Easy and cheap.
