After 15 years of experimenting, we have found Citibank USA in Calif, where we direct deposit social security. Then we have set up a "link" to Banamex, Melaque. We can call up Calif (toll free) from 8 am - 5 pm. Tell them how much we want deposited in Mex and it is there to use in 15 minutes. We USED to just use our ATM card from Calif until they started charging 29 pesos a debit. So we use our Banamex card for free. It works well, but takes a bit of time to set up. Good luck!
