...has anyone actually made a comparison of the amt of pesos in hand at the end of a transaction?...I mean if i were to cash in $x usd and received "x" number of pesos from Bank A, "x" +545 pesos from Bank B and "x" + 785 pesos from Bank C... it would seem that Bank C (on whatever institution) would be the one to go with... 2/100ths difference for an exchange rate can turn out to be a big differential if you are changing a significant amt of $$$ or if you have been getting a lousy rate for 10-15 yrs or more...

exchange rates are fluid, changing from minute to minute but there has to be one institution that consistently offers a better exchange rate- question is... which one???
