Potential Burglar Watching?

We just saw a young Mexican man watching our house. He was on a standard-style bicycle, light colour t-shirt, denim mid-calf ide-leg wpants, like the style rappers wear, early 20's. He has a pony tail and was wearing a hat. When he saw us, he took off south into town.
