Hello All, I just returned from 2 hours of fun, playing baseball with some of the children here in La Manzanilla. I have one bat, one ball and 3 gloves. We had 10 kids out on the field playing, and this was the first day!
I was wondering if any of you seasonal visiters could perhaps find some used equipment in your attics,(or yard sales, or thirft shops this summer)and bring it down with you next season. There is a real interest in the sport down here amongst the children and we would really appreciate any extra equipment that you could donate.

It was a first experience for most of the kids today, and to see their faces and feel their excitement when they hit the ball was an absolute joy.
