The reason it is more is that they have a passenger only one way so you are basically paying for a round trip.
Two ways to save money.
1. Take the bus to Melaque 13 pecos plus 300
2. Taxi to Melaque 120 plus 300 420
3. Pose on the message board for a ride or a taxi share.
