It kills me to say it but Citibank is the best deal. You can send up to $3000 a month free to any account at any bank that has an account in your name, FREE. And they will allow you to receive money from any other bank account in your name. I use it to pay my standard condo fee for up north and receive money from my Charles Schwab bank account to send to my Banamex account here. Then I use my Banamex card for walk around money.
