City Water - Bleach

Anyone else seem to recently (last 5 days perhaps) find the city water has a tinge of bleach smell to it? Just wondered. I was in the community garden watering and thought so. Smelled it in our house as well. Just wondered.

To those of you with plants in the community garden, we might experience a bit of distress in the plants, don't know.

One never really knows what is/was going on with the La Manz water system anyway and the amount of bleach, if any, is certainly unknown.

Just wondered if anyone else smells/smelled it or knew of it and wanted the gardeners to know about it.
