Posted by Carol de Cuastecomates on February 23, 2011, 8:23 am, in reply to "Re: The presentation of" is a description of the race from an unbiased observer: the Hobie took an early lead, zipping by everyone and would have never given it up except for the fact that it took a circuitous route back to shore; the little, itty bitty laser sailboat with one guy with what were probably very tired arms, took the lead and the victory. There were three other boats, but you know how it is. There were the tamarindo margaritas made by Helga's guests Ben and Jacqueline, the pineapple supplied by Helga and besides it just took too long for Joe and Grant to make it back. They probably had the most fun, though! Great race guys. Can't believe I missed Stephanie presenting the cup. Did Daniel steal it? Who got it?
