Meditation Event Sunday

Hi Everyone,
I'm hosting a meditation event 12-1 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 27 at Bending Tree Yoga and Healing Center (130A Playa Blanca) and invite you to join me. THIS EVENT IS FREE.

No experience necessary and please bring others you know as well . This event will also be happening in Austin, TX, San Francisco, Phoenix, AZ and more. We are making it international by adding La Manzanilla to the offerings. It was started by Med Mob (www.medmob.org) who wanted to bring awareness about the benefits of meditation and the positive energy it brings to our community and world.
