The workshop is in English. One subject that will be covered is how to use your knowledge of English to communicate in Spanish via cognates, which are words that are identical or very similar in both languages. There are an estimated 45,000 Spanish/English cognates. That way, instead of having to memorize (and recall) so many vocabulary words, people can use English words with a Spanish pronunciation.
