PLEASE HELP Need Install Disc for MacBook

In order to get our MacBook functioning again, we are in desperate need of an Install Disc. Ours is a laptop bought in 2008, so it requires the install disc for OSX version 10.4. If anyone has this disc with them here at the beach and could lend it to us for a few hours, it would be most appreciated.
