MANZANILLO 19.1N 255.7E 1930Z 11 MAR
ACAPULCO 16.9N 260.1E 2005Z 11 MAR
PUERTO_MADERO 14.8N 267.5E 2140Z 11 MAR

Times listed are GMT, so we subtract 6 hours for CST, right? (Time confuses me.) Based on that formula, if tsunami surge were to hit Mazatlan at 1904 and Manzanillo at 1930, it would arrive here sometime in the neighborhood of 1315, or 1:15 this afternoon.
