Wow! some fantastic photos and visuals. We really are all in this world together, floating around on the oceans and techtonic plates of earth.
Boca seemed to have an experience similar to La Manzanilla. This morning, a few chairs, tables, and umbrellas can be seen on the beach and in the lagoon. Sand smooth and scoured and mostly clean.
The surge did scour the lagoon so you can now walk to the beach from the road. This promises to be temporary, I guess, as the lagoon keeps flowing out and the ocean tides flow in.
It is quite sobering to experience this much force from an earthquake/tsunami. Kind thoughts to Japan as they recover from so much devastation.
