Just for the hell of it I just did a count, there are 70 homes listed for sale
on my web site.

20 are selling and have another home in Mexico (NOT leaving Mexico)

20 are selling and have another home in La Manzanilla

4 are selling to relocate in La Manzanilla

6 are spec houses

3 are Selling cause it time to go closer to family, old age, been here for many years etc.

1 is selling because they had bad experiences in Mexico,

1 is looking for a partner..financial troubles,

Total 55 houses

The other 15 I don't know why they are selling...

Things are seldom as they first appear to be.
