| I had lunch today at the Ejidal Restaurant...the southernmost palapa restaurant on the La Manzanilla beach. They have a "Melaque Burrito" that is amazing--either chicken or beef with rice, beans, green chilis, covered in guacamole and sour cream. It is huge and probably the best thing I've had to eat since I've been in La Manzanilla--for 6 weeks. The view is also great there. A wonderful place to beach-watch. Give yourself a treat and give it a try. |
