This is an excellent idea, Cesar. Gracias.

Regarding improving the quality of service for tourism, I hope you get feedback on:

1. Whether La Manzanilla is ready -- physically or psychologically -- to become a tourist "mecca."

2. The importance of vigilant 24/7 police protection to minimize or eliminate incidences of tourists and residents getting robbed. This is not good PR for La Manzanilla.
