I think Cesar was asking how to "improve the quality of tourist services", not make La Manzanilla a tourist mecca, something most of us do not want to see happen. The special-nish of this town for the tourists who come here now can quickly be destroyed by increasing tourism or creating services that will destroy that special ambience ........ discos and bars, big hotels, motorized toys on the beach, etc. Maybe the question is really about how to how to maximize the beneficial impact of the present levels of tourism....... better economic returns for local businesses, better sanitary facilities, better management of the natural environment, more eco-activities, etc.
