My God, not that again! I wish the archives were up right now so I could refresh your memory.
If the police we have can't protect the people who are living and visiting La Manzanilla then
screw it, time to move someplace else.
I think the existing police can handle the job, the people of La Manzanilla just have to be
the squeaky wheel that gets the oil. La Manzanilla certainly contributes enough revenue.
