break-ins and security

one would think that with over 30 responses to marcia's post about robberies that there would also be a desire to fix the problem ! D, i do remember the go around some time ago, maybe it was last year, with some guy with a criminal record in the states...but we are not talking about the same person or anything remotely connected or related just to make sure more people get to read this post, which seems to get lost in some kerfuffle here it is one more time it was an idea to help, but if no-one is interested, no skin of our nose ... just talked with a friend,former chief of police in La Huerta who owns and runs a security company. the long and the short of the conversation was IF THERE ARE ENOUGH INTERESTED PARTIES/PEOPLE HERE THAT WANT TO PROTECT THEIR HOUSES/PROPERTIES IT MAY BE VIABLE TO HAVE A SMALL SECURITY SET UP RIGHT HERE IN LA MANZ TO HAVE A REGULAR PATROL OF THESE PREMISES, MONITOR ALARMS AND REACT TO THEM ALMOST INSTANTLY. so if any of you are interested in such security set-up contact me so we can do a feasibility study. pls use my e-mail addresse as contact
