David,
We have a big jar of Linda's coconut oil, a jar of her creme d'coco and a bag of her dried coconut. All of them are wonderful for many purposes, skin, cooking, drinks,other, and they smell great. However, none of them stop bites from itching. Like I said, just a tip. I'll let you know after camping season next summer how it does on horsefly bites.
