Paying property taxes

| Some time back on the message board, there was a posting (or two) about paying property taxes in La Manzanilla, instead of trekking up the mountain to La Huerta. Could someone point me to those posts, or tell me if it is possible to pay somewhere other than the tax office in La Huerta? |
