Free Meditation Event on Sunday

I invite you to join me for a free meditation event at Bending Tree Yoga and Healing Center from noon to 1 p.m.

This meditation is part of a worldwide event to bring awareness to the benefits of meditation for not only the individual but also for our community and our planet.

Please join me at 130A Playa Blanca, 2 blocks down from Martin's. Pillows, mats and blankets are available.
