Hi everyone,
This the last week to enjoy Yoga and Pilates at Bending Tree Yoga and Healing Center until May.

YOGA: M-W-F 9-10 a.m.; T-Th 10:30-11:30 a.m.
PILATES: T-Th 9-10 a.m.

All classes are donation only and mats are available.

I will be taking a sabbatical for the month of April and I will return in May with a NEW Summer Schedule that will have innovative new classes to make the Summer SUPER FUN!

Bending Tree Yoga and Healing Center is located at 130A Playa Blanca, 2 blocks down from Martin's Restaurant.
