There are 2 large fabric/craft stores in Manzanillo. Parisina and Modatelas. They are nearly side by side on the waterfront near El Centro.

In Cihuatlan, there is a craft store which likely has your item. It is a masterpiece of small space orginization and storage. My wife is a regular customer. As you return from the banks on the north bound road through Cihuatlan the store is on the right 2 or 3 from the Jardin, or about a block south of the Casa de Damascus store. Sorry we can't come up with the name.
