And they knocked the first two tiers down 100 kwhs each, meaning that you get to the highest tier after only 300 kwhs over two months. They also seem to be raising the rates every 60 days, like they have been doing with gasoline every month for the last 16 months. The rates went up for all three tiers in March over what Judy quotes for January above.
